Movies You Need to See Before You Die Vol. 3 and an interview with Steven C. Miller

Back by popular demand is a third volume of We Came from the Basement's ever popular Movies You Need to See Before Your Die! Commence choral performance of Beethoven's Ode to Joy -- Die Hard version!

Shawn kicks things off with a movie no self-respecting action fan hasn't seen at least once. That's right, First Blood! You know the story, a Vietnam Veteran uses his combat skills against the lawman of a small town when he arrests and abuses him. Classic, and made just two hours away from Basement Headquarters by motorcar.

Then Jason and a horde of possessed townsfolk are comin' to kill yah, comin' to kill yah with Dead and Breakfast. This 2004 musical/horror/comedy deals with a night at a local bed and breakfast that turns into a bloody supernatural fight to the death.

And because you can't tame awesome, the Basement Boys take a break from reviewing movies to chat with director Steven C. Miller about his recent slasher flick Silent Night and his upcoming spooky thriller Under the Bed. It's an interview no genre fan wants to miss.

So tune in at 10 p.m. PST at 92.5FM CFBX Kamloops and online at www.thex.ca. You can follow along to the mad tweets of Mike S over on Twitter. Stick with us!

Now for some previews, yo!
