Board games are back in a big way, with manufacturers more than willing to take classic movies and books and adapt them to the concept.
My wife got me Who Goes There? last fall, and it's an awesome adaptation of the classic John Campbell novel that become John Carpenter's The Thing. Yup, there's a Thing board game, and it's awesome!
Now we've got It: Evil Below heading our way just in time for Warner Bros.'s sequel to the monster -- pun intended -- 2017 film, and it sounds pretty rad.
USAopoly made this co-operative strategy board game where players are members of the Losers Club. The concept is to navigate the neighbourhood while trying to outsmart It. If one player dies, you all die, so players need to work together to defeat the monster.
The game will cost about $30 and sounds like a lot of fun. Will definitely be ordering a copy for play here in The Basement!
