There are no major releases in theatres this weekend!
That's right. There is nothing of note in cinemas for the next seven days, which means Ralph Breaks the Internet and Creed II are expected to keep cleaning house at the box office. Does that mean there's nothing for Jason and Howie to discuss on the Radio NL 610 AM Morning Show?
Hardly.
For one, Jason brings The Basement's latest interview with him as returning We Came from the Basement guest John Fallon and first-time interviewee Marc Natoli are in the house!
The filmmaking duo discusses their action short The Proposal, which screened to much esteem at the Sitges Film Festival earlier this fall. They also talk Fallon's upcoming directorial effort Heretic and the revisionist martial arts tale The Siege of Robin Hood.
Jason also sounds off on the Netflix series Travellers and has a few things to say about the action flick Death Kiss starring Charles Bronson look-a-like Robert Kovacs.
You can hear it all at about 8:40 a.m. on the AM dial, or by following the Radio NL link to your right. Mike S will tweet along to the party at @CameTheBasement. An extended cut podcast drops by Sunday morning, with the full 15 minute Fallon/Natoli interview.
