The return of Amy Wickenheiser

Jason and Shawn have been back at it for more than a month now, but one key player in their podcast game has been missing...

Amy Wickenheiser!

That error is corrected tonight as The Basement's very own Bastardette returns to the studio to talk shop with the Basement Boys.

Topics on the chopping block include Neill Blomkamp's short film Zygote, the recently announced Venom movie, David Fincher's Mindhunter TV series, and the just revealed Death Wish trailer starring Bruce Willis.

Whew, talk about a packed show! Fortunately for us, this trio can make watching paint dry interesting, at least for about 30 minutes.

You'll get to hear it at the start of the weekend, Stick with us!

Aside from having the longest episode title in Basement history, the latest entry in our eight-year-long series also marks the first time Shawn has not appeared on the show!

Yup, no Shawn for you! He's on vacation.

But the Mad Twit Mike S sits down with Jason for this, the extended cut of Friday's segment on the mighty Radio NL 610 AM Kamloops, featuring an interview with filmmakers Troy Foreman and Jason Morris about their documentary Millennium After the Millennium.
