Jessica Alba and Thomas Jane's The Veil gets a trailer

It's been a long while since we heard anything about the upcoming supernatural mystery/thriller The Veil. Then all of a sudden a trailer appears, which makes sense as the flick opens next month.

You remember The Veil? It's from Blumhouse Productions, who pretty much own the horror industry at the moment, and stars hottie Jessica Alba and former Punisher Thomas Jane. OK, you're up to speed.

As for that trailer, here you be:

Thirty years after members of a religious cult committed mass suicide, the lone survivor returns to the scene of the tragedy with a documentary crew in tow. The great Lily Rabe (American Horror Story) stars as the survivor.

Alba is always easy on the eyes and Jane is a solid actor who should have gone on to big things. Looks like brings some intensity to the role of the cult leader. I'll give The Veil a watch on a Friday night with some beer.

The Veil is schedule for release Feb. 2.
