John Fallon scripted American Muscle gets a new trailer

It's been almost a year -- a lifetime in Internet years -- since we last told you about American Muscle, the gritty revenge flick written by and co-starring our bro John Fallon.

Well, the movie is set to debut on Blu-ray and DVD in a month, which means it's time to screen a whole new preview for your eye holes.

So why not cut right to the chase:

Yeah, I dig what I see here. Even my wife is pumped for this one, and gritty revenge flicks aren't her pint of ale. I've heard some cool behind the scenes stuff from John, and I'm confident audiences are going to eat this movie up.

What's it about? Nick Principe (Laid to Rest, Chromeskull) is a man with 24 hours to exact brutal revenge on everyone responsible for sending him to prison 10 years ago. But they're not the usual run of the mill bad guys and co-conspirators. They're his family.

American Muscle also stars Todd Farmer. Ravi Dhar directs. Look for it Sept. 30.
