Godzilla: King of the Monsters promises beautiful destruction

That's right, this latest spot for Warner Bros. upcoming sequel Godzilla: King of the Monsters pledges a film filled with, well, beautiful destruction. And we in The Basement are A-OK with that.

We all dug Gareth Edwards' 2014 Godzilla movie, but it lacked monster-vs-monster combat on an epic, planet-smashing scale. Michael Dougherty's follow up will rectify that.

Godzilla: King of the Monsters stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga and Millie Bobby Brown. We'll watch Godzilla clash with Mothra, Rodan and King Ghidorah on May 31.
