The lovable Kazakh journalist is back in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, causing more controversial mayhem. If you were worried this wouldn't be as "bold" as the first Borat, don't. There are a few insane pranks here that I'd say border on crossing the line.
I feel Borat Subsequent Moviefilm doesn't go too far, and maintains its satirical integrity, but I'm not surprised this movie has made waves. The most surprising element, however, is Maria Bakalova as Borat's daughter. She does a phenomenal job with the role, matching Cohen in her performance. This leads to many great pranks that wouldn't be possible with Borat, even in his many disguises in this movie.
Borat Subsequent Moviefilm might be a little spicy for some people, but I fully recommend it if you want to have laugh, and have already lost faith in humanity. This one is a Good.
