One of the coolest interviews From The Basement had last year was with director/producer/actor/model and martial artist Jennifer N. Linch. She was in pre-production on her first feature, Kung Fu Ghost, and was excited to tell Basement Dwellers all about it.
Now Kung Fu Ghost is -- as they say in the film world -- in the can, and Jennifer is back to update listeners about her movie when From The Basement hits the Radio NL 610 AM Kamloops airwaves at 6:05 tonight!
Jennifer provides the 411 on how filming her martial arts/romantic comedy went, the toll it took on her to not only direct, but act in the movie, and do her own stunts and fighting. Plus she's already got another film in development. Suffice to say, this is one busy lady!
That's not all Jason and Shawn have in store for you this eve; given it's the end of the world and all, the Basement Boys have their Top 5 apocalypse-themed movies to watch during these difficult times. What movies made the list, and what didn't? Stick with us!
And stay tuned, as the low-budget horror movie is Ouijageist is put on the chopping block. Hey, movies called Ouija and Poltergeist made money. In this case one plus one equals three right,? I said right?
Tune in via the 610 AM dial, or the Radio NL link to your right, and find out!
