No one will argue the low-budget, independent film market is glutted with horror flicks. The genre is a quick and easy way to break into moviemaking . So it's refreshing when a filmmaker tries something different, something a little more ambitious. Christian Grillo is just such a writer/director, and next month his sci-fi/noir thriller Apocalypse Kiss debuts on DVD and VOD .
