Action/horror flick Daylight's End gets a new poster

A couple of months have passed since we last told you about the latest collaboration from director William Kaufman and star Johnny Strong, Daylight's End. At that point, we showed you some pretty decent footage from the action/horror hybrid.

Did we mention the great Lance Henriksen is in this? If not, we have now.

Well, the highly anticipated -- at least within The Basement -- movie just got a groovy new poster that's a throwback to the great, and unPhotoshopped, posters of old. Yup, this bad boy is hand drawn, or at least looks like it. See:

Yah, pure awesome. As for the flick, still no word on a release date. But we'll keep you posted. As for what Daylight's End is all about?

Years after a mysterious plague has devastated the planet and turned most of humanity into blood-hungry creatures, a rogue drifter on a vengeful hunt stumbles across a band of survivors in an abandoned police station and reluctantly agrees to help defend them and aid their escape to the sanctuary they so desperately need.

Like I said, pure awesome.
