Ready the jokes, it's zombie beaver time

That's Zombeavers to you, bucko. Yup. I'd say the zombie genre has run its course, because filmmakers are resorting to zombie beavers.

And I love it! At least the idea of it. I'll let the preview speak for itself.

See what I mean? It's about zombies that are beavers. And there's a bunch of college kids. So it's OK to make beaver jokes, if you catch my meaning. Wink, wink. Nudge, nudge. Say no more. Say no more.

The official lowdown for director Jordan Rubin's "film" says a group of college kids staying at a riverside cabin are menaced by a swarm of deadly zombie beavers. Bill Burr, Rachel Melvin, Cortney Palm and Hutch Dano star.

No word yet on when the world will bask in the awesomeness that is Zombeavers, but we'll keep you posted.
