We're pretty pumped for the filmmaking collective Radio Silence's upcoming found-footage flick Devil's Due. Yeah, we're done with found footage, but these guys have an energy and style all their own and it shows in their work.
Advance word is this flick is the bomb . . . in a good way! The new trailer gives me confidence. Check it:
Zach Gilford and Allison Miller star as a newlywed couple who find themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy. While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behavior in his wife that they initially write off to nerves. But, as the months pass, it becomes evident the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.
Devil's Due lands Jan. 17. Wanna see an example of Radio Silence's work? Check out their 10/31/98 segment in V/H/S.
