Horrorshow, Inc. and Shooting Creek Films are a big step closer to showing the world their long-awaited feature film, House of Good and Evil.
Word reached The Basement today that the film has wrapped and post-production visual effects have been finalized at Baltimore’s Suited Four Productions. A press release revealed House of Good and Evil has collected foreign distribution offers and generated viral social media hype through its Facebook fan page.
Writer-producer Blu de Golyer’s psycho-thriller follows the story of a young couple who move from the fast paced life of the city to an isolated home nestled deep in the woods of Appalachia in a last-chance effort to save their deteriorating marriage. They quickly find out extraordinary evil has followed them to their new address.
The creepy looking flick stars Rachel Marie Lewis, who was last seen in the eight-time indie award nominee Transatlantic Coffee, Christian Oliver, Marietta Marich, Jordan Rhodes, Rob Neukirch and Bo Keister.
We've attached the film's trailer below and, gotta say, I dig what I see. The film screen June 29 at Chantilly Farm in Floyd VA. Hopefully we'll get to see it soon after! Hint, hint :)
