OK, gonna start with a Spoiler Alert, as there's no way to talk about the crazy stuff going on in AHS: 1984 without falling into spoiler territory. Just the way it has to be.
For one, this has more twists and turns than any show I've ever seen. Like at least two or three an episode. Crazy train!
Like what, you ask? Well... like Montana being in league with Richard Ramirez and wanting to see Brooke dead. Why? Because it was HER brother who was killed at Brooke's wedding!
Oh, and Ramirez apparently can't be killed, as we saw at the end of Episode 4. Is he actually possessed by The Devil?
And how about Mr. Jingles not really being the killer who slaughtered all those girls at Camp Redwood? Nope, it was really Margaret!
See why I gave y'all a Spoiler Warning? It's the twists and turns that are keeping me glued to this show, which is one of the best seasons of horror I've watched on TV. I'm not sure how much longer AHS: 1984 can keep it up, though. American Horror Story typically hits 10 episodes a season. How they're going to keep this one going that long is a mystery to me.
As it stands now, the show rates a Good. But I'm hoping for a shorter run of six to eight shows in order to keep things from going totally off the rails...
