It's that time of the week where I stretch out my legs, wiggle my toes within my fuzzy slippers, and enjoy a tip and sip as I listen to some beer hall polkas.  This week, I captain my way across the bar top with a couple of Depth Charges... For this, all you need is some beer in a decent sized beer mug, a shot glass with some root beer schnapps, and... well, that's it. Just take your shot glass of schnapps, and drop it like a depth charge into the mug of beer, and down it. That's it. That's the drink. Though screaming "DIVE DIVE DIVE!" as you drop the schnapps into the beer does add a sense of humour to the whole process.
