Just yesterday we brought you news that 20th Century Fox is releasing Radio Silence's found-footage horror flick Devil's Due early in the new year.
Today we share with you the preview for said flick. Observe.
Radio Silence's 10/31/98 segment in V/H/S is pretty balls to the wall, and the collective's sensibilities are on display here. They bring a certain energy the found-footage subgenre needs. We don't need more found-footage movies, but I'll keep checking them out if they look as fun and intense as this.
Zach Gilford and Allison Miller star as a newlywed couple who find themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy. While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behavior in his wife that they initially write off to nerves. But, as the months pass, it becomes evident the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.
Oh yeah, here's the poster too:
The flick hits theatres Jan. 17. The poster tells me so.
